1. General Policy
At RecySoft, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair purchasing experience. As the products supplied are delivered digitally and made available after payment confirmation, refund eligibility depends on the activation status of the licence key. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and related sales channels and should be read carefully before completing an order.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Any request must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@recysoft.com within this period. Requests received after the 14-day timeframe may not be eligible for consideration. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure a fair and reasonable outcome in accordance with our internal policy and applicable UK consumer legislation.
3. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may only be granted if the licence key has not been redeemed, activated, installed, or linked to any device, system, or user account. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a key has been used or successfully activated, the product is considered delivered and consumed. Customers are therefore encouraged to verify compatibility and system requirements before proceeding with activation.
4. Verification Process
To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, RecySoft reserves the right to verify the activation status of a licence key before approving a refund. This may involve technical checks with suppliers or validation systems to confirm whether the key has been redeemed. Refund approval is conditional upon confirmation that the product remains unused.
5. Situations Where Refunds Cannot Be Granted
Refunds cannot be granted if the licence key has been redeemed, activated, installed, associated with an account, or otherwise used. Refunds will also not be issued where incompatibility arises from failure to review product requirements prior to purchase, or where the request is submitted outside the 14-day refund period. As digital products are delivered instantly, the buyer assumes responsibility for reviewing product details before activation.
6. Processing of Refunds
If a refund request is approved, reimbursement will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank processing times, and transaction method. RecySoft is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
7. Exchanges and Replacements
If a licence key is found to be defective or cannot be activated despite correct installation procedures, RecySoft will provide appropriate support and, where necessary, a replacement key. In situations where a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be considered in accordance with this policy. Each case is evaluated carefully to ensure the most appropriate resolution.
