1. Introduction

Purchases made through our website and associated channels are subject to applicable UK consumer protection legislation. By completing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms, as well as any information presented at checkout regarding the product and delivery.

2. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms, the information provided in the order confirmation and any specifically agreed conditions between the buyer and the seller. In the event of a conflict, individually agreed terms will prevail unless they conflict with mandatory legislation. These terms clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and are intended to ensure transparency and trust throughout the purchase process.

4. Prices
All prices displayed represent the total payable amount at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes where required by law. No hidden or additional charges will be applied unless clearly communicated before checkout. Pricing may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, supplier or market changes.

5. Payment
Payment must be completed using the secure payment methods provided at checkout. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed. RecySoft reserves the right to carry out standard payment verification checks when necessary to prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions.

6. Delivery
All products sold by RecySoft are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout, together with clear installation guidance where applicable. Delivery typically occurs automatically within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, factors such as payment verification or temporary technical delays may slightly extend delivery time. Even in such situations, every effort is made to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery possible. 7. Redemption and Use of Digital Products
Product keys should be activated within a reasonable period after purchase. Once a licence key has been redeemed, activated or associated with a device or account, it is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their system and understanding the requirements of the software prior to purchase.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
RecySoft offers a voluntary 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, the buyer must contact support@recysoft.com. Refunds may only be granted where the licence key has not been redeemed, activated or used in any way. Once a digital licence has been utilized, returns, exchanges or refunds are no longer possible. Where necessary, RecySoft reserves the right to verify activation status before processing any refund request.

9. Delay or Failure to Deliver
If delivery is significantly delayed and not caused by the buyer, the buyer may request fulfillment, cancel the order or request a refund. Claims must be submitted in writing and RecySoft will investigate the situation promptly to provide an appropriate resolution.

10. Defects and Complaints
If a product does not function as intended, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time. RecySoft will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement key, technical guidance or a refund if a replacement is not possible. Each case is assessed individually to ensure a fair outcome for the customer.

11. Seller Rights in Case of Buyer Default
If the buyer fails to fulfill payment obligations or otherwise breaches the agreement, the seller may withhold delivery, cancel the transaction or take reasonable steps permitted by law to recover losses or prevent misuse of services.

12. Warranty and Support
RecySoft supplies lifetime activation keys together with supporting installation guidance designed to assist customers during setup. Keys are provided with a functional activation guarantee, and support is available if activation difficulties arise. Assistance provided by RecySoft is informational and does not replace official support from the software manufacturer.

13. Intellectual Property and Software Use
All software names, trademarks and intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners. The use of any software product is subject to the terms and licensing conditions established by the original manufacturer. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with these licensing terms and for using the software appropriately.

14. Personal Data
Personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment, customer communication, support services and legal compliance. Information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and is never sold or shared with third parties except where legally required. 15. Security
RecySoft implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal and transaction data against unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure. Secure payment systems and internal procedures are used to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of customer information.

16. Dispute Resolution
Customers are encouraged to contact the seller directly to resolve any issue or concern. Where a resolution cannot be reached amicably, consumers may pursue appropriate UK consumer dispute resolution channels in accordance with applicable law.
